Day 1 - Course Immersion 

Students are handed a life skills course and put to work. They analyse the problem, form a view, and defend it in front of the room.

• Structured debate and argumentation
• Peer pressure, perspective shifts, and live decision-making

Day 2 - Leadership in Action

Leadership frameworks meet team challenges. The day closes with a final case presentation where every student has a voice.
