Is parking on the premises permitted?
No, private vehicles and their parking will be the owner’s responsibility outside the premises.
Until when are the registrations open?
Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Online registrations will be closed one day prior to the bootcamp. Confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment and registration.
Is Offline (Walk-in) Registration available?
Strictly depends on the availability of seats at the venue.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the Bootcamp start date. If eligible, a refund will be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee. In case of duplicate payments, 100% refund will be processed upon validation.
No refunds will be issued:
- If requested less than 7 days before the start date.
- After the Bootcamp has commenced.
- For absenteeism or non-participation without prior intimation.
On event of a cancellation/reschedule of bootcamp by organizers, / due to unforeseen reasons, participants will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
Do’s
- Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start time
- Carry a valid photo ID
- Maintain discipline and respect trainers, staff, and co-participants
- All communication will be sent via email, SMS or WhatsApp to your registered number.
Don’ts
- Record audio/video without prior permission
