Fostering anentrepreneurial mindset.

Students study business. Young Pioneers lets them build one.

Students identify real problems, develop business plans and pitch their ideas to expert juries.

Three years. Real mentorship. Ideas put to the test.

Because entrepreneurial thinking is built through experience, not textbooks. NEP 2020 asks for it; the gap is curriculum, mentorship and a real audience.

What a student is like at the end of it.

What the cohorts built

Three cohorts, in their own words.

Choose a cohort

Seven stages, one school year.

Six parts run through every stage: the Cambridge coursebook, monthly masterclasses, team projects, mentorship, jury rounds and a joint certificate. Teacher training comes before any of it.

Every level ends at Launchpad, in front of people who invest for a living.

What they graduate with.

A student who finishes Young Pioneers can think critically about a claim, plan strategically rather than react, solve a problem nobody has solved for them, manage a project to a deadline, lead a team without being in charge, research a market before believing in it, turn an idea into a business plan, and pitch it, and answer for it, in public.

Critical thinking, strategic planning, problem solving, project management and leadership, practised at 13 rather than learned at 30.
